Is my journal data state-compliant if it lives in your app?
Most states accept electronic journals as long as the entries contain the required fields and are tamper-evident. We follow the strictest state's requirements (California) by default and provide audit-ready PDF exports any time you need them. We're not lawyers — always verify with your state's notary commission, but we've designed Wayseal to satisfy all 50 states' digital journal rules.
What if SnapDocs blocks email forwarding?
Wayseal ingests from any source — SnapDocs notifications, NotaryDash, direct emails from title companies, even raw text you paste in. We're not relying on any one platform.
